How to Reach Us


We are open until August 10th, 2010.

Please note that we will be closing between August 11th, 2010 and August 15th, 2010. We will endevour to respond to any e-mail inquiries within 72 hours during that time period. We will be available to book appointments on or after August 16th, 2010.



We are available to meet between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on weekdays, and between 10:00am and 9:00pm on weekends and holidays. We can be contacted at any time via e-mail and aim to respond within the hour between 8:00am and 9:00pm (sometimes much quicker!)

Alternately, you can reach us by phone at (780) 669-0907 to leave a message and we will endeavour to phone you back within a few hours. Please note that due to additional overhead, services resulting from phone contact are subject to higher rates.


What to Bring to Appointments


Aside from the document(s), we will also need you to bring at least two pieces of ID with your picture on them (at least one of which must be government issued, such as a driver's license) and a secondary ID such as a health care or credit card.
