To ensure a successful appointment, please read below.

Instructions


  • You must bring all relevant original documents and everyone must also bring at least 2 pieces of original government ID each, at least one of which has a picture (like a Driver's License/Identity Card/Passport & Health Care card)

  • Ensure that all forms are filled out, but not signed or dated. Everyone signing must be present and sign in front of us

  • If certified copies are required, you must make a copy, and bring the copy in along with the original document

  • If a witness is required (in addition to the notary), you must bring the witness yourself. Generally a witness is required if the document contains an 'Affidavit of Execution'.

What to Bring to Appointments


Aside from the document(s), we will also need you to bring at least two pieces of ID with your picture on them (at least one of which must be government issued, such as a driver's license) and a secondary ID such as a health care or credit card.
